Sinus rhythm refers to the rhythm of your heartbeat, determined by the sinus node of your heart. The sinus node creates an electrical pulse that travels through your heart muscle, causing it to contract, or beat. You can think of the sinus node as a natural pacemaker. As you can probably see, sinus rhythm and heart rate are linked. Electrical pulses must first be generated by the sinus node (sinus rhythm). As these pulses travel through the heart muscle, they cause it to beat (heart rate). Because of this, sinus rhythm often aligns with your heart rate.

Left bundle branch block (LBBB) is the consequence of anatomical / functional dysfunction in the left bundle branch,causing the impulse to be blocked. Because the left bundle branch is dysfunctional, the impulse will spread partly or entirely outside of conduction system; Right bundle branch block (RBBB) is due to an anatomical / functional dysfunction in the right bundle branch, the electrical impulse is blocked.In RBBB, depolarization of the right ventricle will depend completely on electrical impulses spreading from the left ventricle.

ST Elevation - Infaction

An ST-elevation myocardial infarction occurs from occlusion of one or more of the coronary arteries that supply the heart with blood. The cause of this abrupt disruption of blood flow is usually plaque rupture , erosion, fissuring or dissection of coronary arteries that results in an obstructing thrombus.The major risk factors for ST-elevation myocardial infarction are dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus, hypertension etc. An anterior wall myocardial infarction may also be known as anterior wall MI (AWMI) or anterior ST segment elevation MI (anterior STEMI).
